Why Game Development and Programming?
Much of my inspirations for Game Development started very young. My earliest memories involve watching my brother play fantastical real-time-strategy games like Homeworld and Dawn of War. I later went on my own path towards Games, enjoying many console titles such as the Assassin's Creed and Halo franchises.
When I entered college and learned how to program, I was naive about how programming fit into my goals to create games. As time went on, however, my attitude changed and my passion grew. I discovered how programming itself was an art, that took discipline and creativity. This helped bolster my skills as I progressed my work into Unity, and later Unreal.
Now, I enjoy the thrill of problem-solving involved with Programming, and how I can apply it to Game Development. This is now my art, my craft, my present and future.
